WHY I CREATED I AM H.E.R.
For more than two decades, my life revolved around healthcare.
I built a successful career serving others, working long hours, covering weekends, holidays, and countless 12-hour shifts that often stretched far beyond the time I was scheduled to leave. Like many healthcare professionals, I became accustomed to putting everyone else's needs ahead of my own while rearranging my life around staffing shortages, schedule changes, and the constant demands of the profession.

The purpose was meaningful.

But over time, I began to recognize the cost.

The emotional exhaustion.

The physical demands.

The missed family moments.

The realization that no matter how hard I worked, my time remained tied to my paycheck.
Then life gave me a reason to pause.
After facing cancer and navigating one of the most challenging seasons of my life, I found myself asking questions I had never allowed myself to fully explore.
What would my future look like if I continued down the same path?
Was I building a career, or was I building a life?
And was there another way to create income, impact, and freedom without sacrificing the things that mattered most?
Those questions led me on a journey that ultimately changed the trajectory of my life.
I discovered that it was possible to create additional income, help families, educate communities, build leadership skills, and expand my impact beyond the walls of a hospital or healthcare facility. More importantly, I discovered that I did not have to choose between purpose and possibility.
